Barre is an exercise class inspired by techniques from Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. Focusing on low-impact, high-intensity movements to build strength, agility, and flexibility. Please bring a Pilates mat or let the instructor know if you would like to borrow one. Instructor: Lauren
AB Blast
A class designed to give you a full body workout! This is an excellent way to get in shape and tone the whole body. It focuses around completing different exercises using barbells, dumbbells and more!
Boogie Bounce
Boogie Bounce is the sensational, high energy, dance inspired exercise programme, to get fit and lose weight on a high quality trampoline and T-bar handle. Instructor: Kelly
Aqua Aerobics
A great, motivating aquatic exercise class incorporating all levels of fitness. This class incorporates both cardiovascular and resistance training. Additional equipment, such as water noodles and aqua weights, may be incorporated into this great workout. Instructor: Sisi

'I love Kelly’s TONE class on a Monday afternoon at QMC Sport Centre – it’s great fun. Not only does Kelly get us working out with weights (which is something I haven’t donefor ages), she motivates us to push ourselves and keep improving week-on-week.
